Total 40 artisans mostly women from Jodphur, Bhabaneswar and Narsapur trained by these designers were brought to showcase their existing skills with newer ideas at IHGF-Delhi Fair Spring 2017 and buyers found these products attractive and innovative and seen busy in searching products of their choice.

Ms. Pramila Choudhary, Textiles designer from NID said that she is working with women in Jodhpur who are engaged in practicing age old Ari Tari craft done to make odhanis and stoles and I have tried to retain the originality of their craft as well as sustainability and character attached to craft.
The aim of this project is to engage new generation artisans who are drifting away from their family craft practice, to guide artisans towards bringing out products as per market demand and suitability as well as revive languishing crafts.
